MBA accepts Visa, Master Card, Debit Card, E Checks or annual billing. Payment options are monthly, quarterly, semi annually or annually. When you select your payment option you will automatically have an on-going charge based on the payment method selected.

A 12 month commitment applies after 12 months you can cancel your policy, this must be done in writing. Cancellations done prior to the end of you 12 month commitment will be charged the remaining balance upon receipt of the cancellation letter. Cancellation of a policy requires a thirty (30) day written notice to be effective thirty(30) days from receipt in our office. If your account enters a collection agency you the insured will be responsible for any and all charges incurred by the collection agency. These charges will be due upon receipt of any collection letter.

Our Group renewal date is June 1st.  Delta Dental rate changes, if any, will occur at this time.  Our goal is to provide you with affordable benefits.  We believe that Delta Dental will be able to provide us with excellent benefits while keeping the cost as low as possible.  Delta Dental is non-profit.
